Large-scale photography of the area is done with a drone. Following this process, a measured and systematic simulated project is created using technical programs. You will be provided with detailed information in 3D dimensions.
After the project is approved by you, our engineers and field team carry out the necessary construction installations, panel assembly and cable connection, and the system is put into working order and delivered.
We provide technical support and maintenance services for the Solar Energy Systems that we design and install. We offer a 2-year all-inclusive warranty for the panels for which we provide a 30-year production warranty. We provide a full warranty for all cracking, breaking, burning or connection problems that may occur within 2 years. The 30-year warranty we provide is production-based. Except for breakage and cracking, production stoppages or electrical problems in the panel are covered by the 30-year warranty.
Our batteries are covered by a 2-year all-inclusive warranty and a 10-year production and energy supply warranty. We provide full warranty for any breakage or cracking that may occur within 2 years. The 10-year period is the guarantee that the battery will store energy and make it available for use. Failure to store energy that may occur in the battery within 10 years is covered by full warranty. Technical problems caused by the user are not covered by the warranty.
